Sri Lankan Airlines, Flight Number UL264, Reg- 4R-ANC, A321-251N from Dammam (DMM) went for Go around at Bandaranaike international airport due to poor Visibility on Runway 22.
Go Around time: 6.20 SL time - 05.05.2023
Holding until 7.15 am and Diverted to Mattala Rajapaksha Airport.You do not have permission to view this gallery.

During the Go around, The plane was un stabilised, also there is a heavy winds, even though i stand very close to runway touch down zone, due to fog i can't see the runway and runway light. Maybe the aircraft was very light. Also following UL 264, another SriLankan UL174-4R-ABL with in one minute went for go Around at 3000 feet(6.22am), however this was landed later at 7.27am at runway 22.Originally posted by banuthev View PostComment
