      As far a I know, It has been forbidden in UAE for ages. Several spotters already have been arrested for taking pictures.
      That is why I always want to know to local law before taking pictures.

          Is it usually trackable? I don't remember ever seeing US government planes on FR24 in the past... is it able to fly non-stop or will it have to land elsewhere to refuel? I know he is also going to East Africa on the trip

            I am sure it will do a tech stop some place, or in the minimum, stop by a 'friendly' nation

            How long is he going go be in SL ?

            PS, found out .. "Secretary Kerry will also visit Nairobi, Kenya, beginning on May 3 .."

                        I got a reply from the BIA stating they don't allow plane spotting.
