    • Hi guys, does anyone know how many A330s and A340s of UL have been refurbished with the new interiors. If anyone had the registrations of these aircraft, it would be great.

        5 A332 are refurbished i.e (4R-ALA/B/C/H/J)
        2 A343 are refurbished i.e (4R-ADE/F)

btw A343 4R-ADE is currently getting retrofitted, not sure whether its in service.

in my knowledge these are the a/c of UL with new interiors.

What is the configuration of these aircraft? For both the A330s and A340s.

BTW, 4R-ADE is now in service. Currently operating UL503 to London.

for 4R-ADF the seats were 24 lie flats and 275 economy seats so i'm guessing its the same for 4R-ADE too

where as for 4R-ALA/B/C it was 18 lie flats and 251 economy
and same goes for 4R- ALH
but for 4R-ALJ its 18 lie flats and 256 economy

Yeah I guess now that those two have parterned with each other and both have a strong reputation, it would be difficult for other carriers to join in. I guess it would be difficult for UL to establish a codeshare to Australia with EY, as they do not stop over in Singapore on any of their flights to Australia as Emirates does. Of course Singapore Airlines is also very difficult to compete with on such routes as well.

there's no possible way to upload the link of the instagram pic...coz the instagram version on computers doesn't give a link as such. but i have the pic downloaded onto my pc, so that i will upload. i did visit the user's account who uploaded it and it seems that he's a mechanic engineer or some sort of that calibre in the UL hangar at BIA.

4R-ADE was put down for refub for a month, after which it operated UL503 to London.
