          C-checks for all of them. I think they are taking a long time due to shortage of engineers as most of them are leaving/have left. ANF, I think has some corrosion on it due to long term storage, so that might take a while too before it gets back in service. That's what I heard, I can't really confirm or deny any..

            Oman Air, the national carrier of the Middle Eastern country Oman, is to drop scheduled passenger services to several destinations amid a network restructuring plan.                 • SriLankan Airlines service increase on Colombo – Sydney route. Planned 4th weekly flight introduced on 21JAN24 has commenced, however service will revert back to 3 weekly between 25FEB24 and 31MAY24. Following schedule is effective 02JUN24, with A330-300 aircraft.

                  SriLankan Airlines service changes to its European operation for Northern summer 2024 season. From 15MAY24, the oneWorld member will once again consolidates service to Frankfurt and Paris Charles de Gaulle, operating as Colombo – Paris Charles de Gaulle – Frankfurt – Colombo triangle routing. Airbus A330-300 aircraft operates this route 3 times weekly.

                    • UAE sees expansion of flights to Colombo in Summer 2024

                      * FlyDubai increases CMB from 3 Daily to 4 Daily
                      * Etihad increases CMB from 10 weekly to 13 weekly from May 2024 and 19 weekly in June 2024
                      * Cathay Pacific passenger flight is due to arrive at CMB today after 4 years of absence. Any update?

                      It seems Indigo is going to terminate HYD-CMB flights from Summer 2024.

                      • Cathay Pacific launches direct flights to Sri Lanka

                        Resuming its operations, the first flight arrived at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) on 1st February 2024, with 220 passengers, and they were welcomed by a cultural dancing performance organised by Sri Lanka Tourism.

                        Cathay Pacific will operate three weekly flights between Hong Kong (HKG) and Colombo (CMB)

                            • Tennakon said SriLankan Airlines has returned a leased aircraft and has floated an initial tender to lease five additional wide-bodied aircraft. The airline currently has a fleet of 24 aircraft but only a fraction are operational as many are missing critical parts including engines.
