ACT Airlines is a Cargo Airline based in Istanbul. I've seen their Aircraft in "MyCargo" livery back in May at IST
Not quite sure but I think they are partly owned by Hainan Airlines....notice the similar livery
The Act Air B744F is operating on behalf of Qatar Cargo which cancelled the CMB service from Oct. QR must have been leased this aircraft from Act Air to complete the existing customer orders to ship the cargo between DOH & CMB. It will be operating as QR8640/1 landing in CMB on Tuesdays at 23:55 & departing from CMB on Wednesdays at 01:55, operational until 25 Nov 15.
Any idea why QR cargo cancelled the cargo flights to CMB ? Is it because QR flying A346 three times per day if I'm not mistaken.

Is it private flight? Never heard this airline before? According to FR24, it also visited CMB on the 31/10/2015. We clearly see this aircraft had a stopover in CMB for refuelling.
