In my opinion, It'd be more practical if they Terminate GAN.
Reducing it 3 rotations per week doesn't make scene, If so UL want to operate to GAN, wouldn't it be more feasible to run a twice or thrice weekly connection via MLE just like the way they flew through HRI when serving KUL and IXM?
From what I've heard , SEZ is performing okay, its just GAN and KMG which are yielding very heavy losses for UL- Aaqib Hussain

Ul 604 to melbourne delayed abut 7 hours....!!
todays UL 604 to melbourne delayed by abut 6 hours!!! It flew passed me abut 2 hours ago.... does anyone know why??? Its pretty odd considering this flight normally flys on time...!!Last edited by samitharox; 04-03-2018, 03:49 AM.Comment

It was 4R-ALD that was flying.... last night its was 4R-ALA was the one that came back with UL605 from melbourne.....
i think those canceled order of long haul A350s now taking its toll on the airline isent it!!! This route is the most profitable single route of the airline since its started but this management cant eaven keep up with that!!! I think this government will soon sell or stop the operations of the airline.....😢😢😢😢Comment

Emirates A380 operating flight EY455 Sydney to Abu Dhabi diverted to Colombo. It looks like a scheduled technical stop similar to previous one.Comment

Couple of days ago the UN Coloured two helicopters came from Kandy area to Rathmalana Airport and flew over my house. I believe that you are aware that one of that two helicopters is appearing on FR24 from recently. So i was able to capture it.

Look at this A320 neo has a snag on its engines.... this explain the new engine that was brought to mattala by an antanove.... i think it was brought as warranty is till there for those neos free of charge!!!Comment

Our A320neo aircraft are fitted with CFM-LEAP 1A-26 engines, not Pratt and Whitney. Whereas all A320neos in the world powered by Pratt and Whitney are having engine problems and some are grounded. In our case, the A321neo engine (LEAP-1A) had a low oil pressure resulting it to force shutdown and land at Bangkok.
I don't see any problems with CFM-LEAP except for Pratt and Whitney.Comment
