Yes, it was doing high altitude flying over Ratmalana airport yesterday. Wonder whether it dropped off parachutes, but I didn't see.

Qatar Airways now sends their Airbus A350-900 on the morning-arrival QR664 flight to Colombo. Aircraft that fly as QR664 to Colombo will be Airbus A330-300, B777-300, Airbus A340-600 and latest addition Airbus A350.

Qatar Airways now operates twice onboard Airbus A350 to Colombo (As QR662/663 and QR664/665).

This is a good chance for the plane spotters to catch the A350 in Colombo properly, since it arrives at CMB during day time hours rather than the normal operation during the dark.

This place is just passing the Catering office of SriLankan, on the Veyangoda Road, just opposite the Adiambalama church on a road to the left. I don't know the name of the road, but that road leads right in between the runway (runway 22) and the runway lights. It's easily recognizable, because you will see a lot of people there - that is the place.

Thanks Haleef ! What time did you film the video ? I can see many UL's A32S landing, UL A333, Air India A321, Qatar A346 and China Eastern A332.

This was taken at 5pm on a Wednesday just after the runway opens after checks and maintenance. If you go on a Wednesday for spotting, you will only see arrvals after 5pm as in the video. Many aircraft are aligned and on the localiser, and if you are lucky enough you may see go arounds. On other days, it'll be the whole afternoon till about 6.30pm.
