Really disappointing service by SriLankan Airlines (UL168 COK-CMB 06/12/2015)
An aged Airbus A320-200 (4R-ABL) with scratched windows and worn out seats almost falling apart
This would be just ideal for immediate scrapping as its a nightmare flying on it
Let alone my horrible burnt briyani meal which was so burnt and so bland many people simply let it pass
UL, You should seriously up-your game and as a OneWorld member and should maintain a level of standard and quality not only for major long-haul flights but also very importantly short-haul flights as that too generates significant revenue!
I'm not Impressed.
Sorry to say by my AirAsia India flight was way better (Source: Facebook)
I took to Twitter too and this is what UL had to say in response

Here are the calculations of the number of dates elapsed from the first flight to delivery date of the A330-300 aircrafts SriLankan airlines received up to now.Reg. First Flight Delivery No. of Dates 4R-ALL 04. Sep 2014 29. Oct 2014 55 days 4R-ALM 03. Nov 2014 18. Dec 2014 45 days 4R-ALN 28. Jan 2015 25. Mar 2015 56 days 4R-ALO 21. Jul 2015 14. Aug 2015 24 days 4R-ALP 07. Oct 2015 10. Nov 2015 34 days Average - 42.8 days
So yes I think the new birds will arrive to CMB within the first three weeks of January
