nose, of the Hajj Charter (KUL)

Azamh: Canon S500is - does the job, fair enough .. like the VN 321, which I clicked at the extreme end of the zoom, as was the UL 320 heading to the active, in KUL

                Canon PowerShot SX500 IS

Whatever it lacks, comparing to an SLR, it makes it up with the super great Zoom

                Zoom: 4.3 (W) - 129.0 (T) mm (35mm film equivalent: 24-720mm)
                Approx. 16.0 Megapixels

Spec: 4320 km range, 48 seats

Korean Air set to launch Sri Lanka(Colombo)

⊙ From 9th of March, Korean Air will expand its network to Sri Lanka and Maldives
⊙ Specialized service offered to transport local goods such as textile and seafood

Korean Air will commence the direct service three times a week, flying from Seoul/Incheon first to Colombo in Sri Lanka and then onto Male in Maldives. The Seoul/Incheon-Colombo-Male flights will be operated with an Airbus 330-300, every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Colombo is the largest cultural and industrial center and it is also known as the port city of Sri Lanka. The main exports of Colombo are textiles and garments and the textiles are usually transported to Europe and America. Located in the South West of Sri Lanka, Maldives, very popular with tourism, also export tuna and other seafood.

Korean Air will provide cargo supply and connect Korea, Sri Lanka and Maldives to other areas worldwide through Korean Air’s new direct flight. Also, due to the convenient air cargo transportation to South India such as Chennai, the demand is expected to increase.

Oh my bad! Yes, Korean Air operated it's first flight to Colombo 30 years ago. Also Korean Air freighter flight operated on ICN-BKK-CMB and ICN-SIN-CMB until 2001/2002. It will be nice to see Korean Air bird once again at Colombo.
