Anyway he mostly taking UL with him for most of his entourages. Sadly It's not good for UL which is still terribly making losses and UL is short of aircraft as 4R-ALG is not in service for more than two weeks - not sure why. In my opinion, Sri Lanka Air Force has to get one A319 for the president's entourages.

4R-ADE left to Bolivia at 1700hrs IST via South Africa
A319CJ is too small for his highness ego and his entourage. When His Highness leaves on a foreign jaunt; UL management reserves a stand by aircraft. So today stand by aircraft was UL flight to Doha...so it is delayed till midnight IST. last time when they did not have a stand by aircraft and his aircraft had technical issue few were sent home...very sad

it appears UL has sold 2 slots in LHR

Surely not?? Why confuse things further... stick to 2-class IMO

Yes, a recent fleet planing article depicted a standardized business class and economy class.

F does not make economic sense for an airline like UL given the markets that it serves.

I think their priority should be to standardize the hard product across the board, and of course significant improvements on the soft product.
