Agreed, what I've always thought! This year and even last year, they had more Dutch nationals visit the country than Italians (where UL flies) and Switzerland (Where UL has been flying on an off). I am sure that by the end of 2016, KLM will announce flights to Sri Lanka. With its amount of connections it has within Europe and North America, it will be a successful, potentially more so than if UL commenced on the route.

Because of Emirates / Etihad /Qatar Most of the International Airlines are cutting down there routes... For Example Oz-Europe Sector / India - Us Sector / far East - Eu Sectors.. Is it because of Fuel? I hope there should be some airline to Competitive with them

4R-ALA is already been refurbished with new business class few years ago. So that means they are refurbishing the economy class? Will it get new IFE in the economy cabin aswell ?

In 2012. Economy cabin is altready refurbished.

Hi from Chateauroux again,

I have news pics for your ... A330-343 with registration "4R-ALM ( F-WWKF )".
Châteauroux (LFLX or CHR) is a pleasant place for airplanes, specialy for Airbus.
They come to get livrery ... some weeks before delivrery !!
"4R-ALM" will live LFLX in a fornight, back to TLS.

SriLankan Airlines further revised planned Airbus A330-300 inaugural, currently scheduled on 09NOV14, one-time Colombo – London Heathrow service.

UL505 CMB0225 – 0845LHR 333
UL506 LHR1235 – 0435+1CMB 333

Colombo – Bangkok – Guangzhou route, will also move forward to 11NOV14
Colombo – Tokyo Narita A330-300 operation from 15NOV14
