" Being an island nation, Sri Lanka’s national airline has an international focus. SriLankan Airlines’ destinations range across the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and the Middle East. But despite the airline casting its eye over a range of new planes, it has no interest in acquiring any of the new generation long-range narrowbody aircraft to fly these routes."

UK Based Start-up Carrier FlyPop plans to operate LCC flights from the UK to Colombo

Once commencing operations, FlyPop plans to primarily focus on "Second Cities" in India including Ahmedabad, Amritsar etc. with other Destinations in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal to be added on and considered as feasible options for future expansion

FlyPop would be operating the A330-300 in a single Economy Class configuration having secured two such aircraft recently

In this interview Vipula states that in the next 1.5 -2 years, 6 aircrafts in the UL fleet will be leaving and it would be 3 wide bodies and 3 narrow bodies.
what do you guys think about which aircrafts are going to be retired?
( I think the wide bodies are: 4R- ALA, ALB &ALC and A320ceos)
