Regarding the three A340s C5-MIA/B/C, do we know whether anyone at VCBI is actually expecting them? I've noticed ADSB pings from C5-MIB at EYSA in the last couple of weeks but nothing else.

Maybe they'll go the same way as the four ex-Turkish A343s that were stored at Johannesburg in 2019 then came to life in late 2022 as XT-AKA/B/K/ALM, departed for Uzbekistan but diverted to Tehran.

Cannot believe, 4R-EXS landed HYD on 10th Jan, I think its for maintenance at GMR, but what happened to agreement between Fits and UL engineering?

It's not for maintenance. They handed it over on lease-return.

I don’t see FITS flying to MLE anymore, only MAA and DXB (Correct me if I’m wrong). Is this due to lack of aircrafts?

What's the purpose of these short-term wet leases? Are they expecting dry leased a/c any time soon to replace these or are these just to carry a seasonal crowd?

Are there any new airlines launching operations at BIA?

So we can guess Fits trialed network expansion by short term dry leasing EXS? it was leased 2023 September 18, and they didnot paint the livery as well.

Many possibilities. My guess is ATC must have instructed UL217 to abort take- off and vacate RW04 due to spotted debris or occasional dogs on the runway.

wrong. It was brought down in early 2022 and all 3 aircrafts wore FITS livery if I’m not mistaken.
