        The season is picking up at MRIA!
        AZUR air started MRIA for the winter season, connecting MRIA with eight cities across Russia through daily flights.

            4R-ALS on SYD-CMB UL607 31st October , Smoke detection in Cargo Compartment, No damage to the Aircraft.

                Vietjet will launch new services linking Colombo with Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital, further enhancing air connectivity between Sri Lanka and Vietnam while opening up more opportunities for Sri Lankan travellers to explore the world through the airline’s extensive flight network.

                The Colombo–Hanoi, are scheduled to commence operations on 9 February 2027. Route will operate three round-trip flights per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Bookings for the new routes are now open.

                    Allowing 5th Freedom to any carrier to operate to MLE via CMB is a sad situation for UL and 8D. Too much competition makes the route cheap (Good for Passengers, Bad for Carriers).
