    now we know why.

VT-JRB was ferried from LHR-DEL on the 16-Apr after AOG incident. I see VT-JRB is currently flying revenue flights as normal.

Today 10:30am London time, I saw 2 x SQ A380s are parked at LHR. As per LHR schedule, one SQ A380 in the morning and one SQ A380 in the afternoon. Is one of them currently in AOG?

        SQ A380s

I am wondering if this is a test flight or pilot training?

Enroute to Bordeaux to help fight fires for this Summer season. It happens annually. Previous set of 20 Air Tractors went to Greece a few weeks ago.

Canadian Twin Otter departs via Ratmalana after technical repairs by CAS in Koggala

Canadian Twin Otter takes off via Ratmalana after corrected the technical issue with CAS

A De Havilland Twin Otter 300, operating a long-range flight from Kuala Lumpur to the United States, made a technical stop at Koggala Airport, Sri Lanka, to address a system issue, with assistance from Ceylon Aeronautical Services (CAS), the country’s premier MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) provider based in Koggala.

also note: apparently a QF flight to CDG diverted straight back from roughly the same area above to where it came from

Hi everyone! Just some pictures and review about Turkish airlines from Birmingham to colombo.New aircraft, well maintained, food was great and on a over over night morning arrival flight they have served two meals with snacks and very friendly cabin crew. Turkish Istanbul airport is very clean and beautiful airport with clear guidance for passengers. I can rate 10 out of 9.

Amazing experience with Turkish airlines. Comparatively new aircraft, great maintenance and a full flight. Food was a big hit. If you travel in the over night flight , you will be served meals two times( dinner and breakfast in-between snacks ). You will be also given travel kit which includes toiletries and socks, slippers, and a eyemask)Inflight entertainment is up to date.Istanbul airport was huge but friendly welcoming staff and clear signs to follow for passengers.I have shared some of the pictures I got. I would recommend anyone to travel in Turkish airlines.I would rate 9out of 10.
