In order to close this one off, the three A340s filed flight plans from EYSA to Clark in the Philippines on 29-Feb-24. C5-MIB I assume went tech as it followed on 7-Mar-24. Over Iran they diverted for an unspecified reason and thus never reached Clark, assume they'll appear as EP- soon!Regarding the three A340s C5-MIA/B/C, do we know whether anyone at VCBI is actually expecting them? I've noticed ADSB pings from C5-MIB at EYSA in the last couple of weeks but nothing else.
Maybe they'll go the same way as the four ex-Turkish A343s that were stored at Johannesburg in 2019 then came to life in late 2022 as XT-AKA/B/K/ALM, departed for Uzbekistan but diverted to Tehran.

He expressed confidence that the resumption of daily flights by Thai Airways would serve as a catalyst for further increasing tourist arrivals.
