    I don't really understand Sinhala that well, but i'll try and summarize what they said in the video.

    They were explaining about UL, what cities they serve and also future plans, which includes getting 25 aircraft by 2025, 3 new aircraft will be of the A330 family.
    During the video, I also saw 4R-ALL undergoing a C check from inside of the 747 hanger, and also saw 4R-ABL receiving some type of check.

    This video also explained UL's technicians future potential, how they are fixing aircraft, and overall it was about them.

    I don't think they mentioned ANB,AND, ANE unfortunately but I also saw a NEO aircraft parked, with its cockpit windows covered.

    Someone please add on if they have more information and if they can understand Sinhala better, but this is the best i could do.
    ANB, AND and ANE are (I think) having issues with the LEAP engine. I saw one of them having its engines off just outside the 747 hanger(in june though).
    all are shown in planespotters as stored since below dates:.
    ANB->30 oct 2023
    AND->25 jan 2024
    ANE->29 feb 2024

      Hello, it seems like you're a new member, welcome!

      Seems like only one A321NEO and A320NEO are active now, 4R-ANA and 4R-ANC. Others are parked and are in maintenance just like you have said.

      4R-ALH, 4R-ALL are inactive, any update on 4R-ALL? Thanks..

                I believe ANB is going to do test flight as UL10. It makes more sense it does the test flight prior to revenue flight as ANB did the last flight 1 year ago.

                      Emirates is going to be delaying DXB-CMB's fifth daily service from FEB 1 (was originally going to be JAN 1) to MAR 1 from 2025.

                      This is because of the delay of A350s to Emirates.

                        SriLankan Airlines announced the cancellation of flight UL-604 from Colombo to Melbourne, originally scheduled to depart from Katunayake Airport at 12:30 am today, due to a technical issue. Passengers with urgent travel needs have been accommodated on alternative flights, while others will be rebooked on a replacement flight departing tomorrow at 12:30 am.

                        SriLankan Airlines has canceled multiple flights in recent days due to technical issues with several aircraft, the airline confirmed.

                        The airline said the cancellations are necessary to prioritize passenger safety while its teams work to resolve the issues and restore normal flight schedules. Affected passengers have been provided with meals and hotel accommodations, according to SriLankan Airlines, which is coordinating alternative travel arrangements to help passengers reach their final destinations.

                        SriLankan Airlines apologized for the disruptions, thanking customers for their patience.

                          Nice to see 4R-ANB back flying in the good time as sadly UL is experiencing severe aircraft shortage!

                            As WizzWaveSien updated us above, 4R-ANB is back in service. But UL took ANF out of the service since 28-Oct. I wonder why?
                            UL reported earlier this year all the neos will be returning to service by the end of 2024. Any progress in bringing back AND, ANE and ANF before the year-end?

                              I was wondering why ALN was parked in Apron Echo with Flight ID UL604 about five hours ago.

                              UL is already down with AND, ANE & ALL, but since last 2 weeks ANF, ALH, ALM & now ALN are out of service . Why many aircraft are out of service in the short period of time?

                                If I am not mistaken EK is increasing 3 Daily to 4 Daily from Mar25. Please correct me I am wrong?
