SIN: Tiger Airways will move to T2 from the Current LCC terminal
And there is some concern about the EK / QF tie up - as as of now, QF has a lot of heavy metal transiting Singapore .. and that QF tails may reduce in number if QF moves the base to DXB !

SQ used to sub the A345, regularly, for SIN-CGK, as revenue flights ...
Though for A380, they did do a few twice daily SIN-KUL, as touch and go / land and go .. non-revenue flights, for crew familiarization - including the full cabin crew ..
TG is launching BKK-SIN-BKK flights, soon, on A380, maybe for the above reason .. but as revenue flights ..

Banuthev: There is a daily BA/QF code-shared flight - maybe BA will beef up their frequency ...
Of course, don't forget that between SIN-Australia and KUL-Australia, more choices are coming up, on top of TR-Australia's Darwin Haul, Air Asia Express (D7) as well as Scoot ..
Praetorian: in your opinion, if Singapore stumbles, does that mean business will move to Colombo ??
I see business moving from Singapore to KL or JKT, none that i can recall moved to CMB ..
