What is the difference between A310 and A300? obviously the A300 is longer fuselage, the 310 has the short.. Any other differences???

A310 had limited FBW - can't remember what or what wasn't .. as part of the Glass Cockpit Implementation ..

A320 was the first fully FBW airliner to enter commercial service

A300 is the first wide body twin jet in the world as well, shortly followed by the 767.
