Has SriLankan made a decision regarding ordering new long haul aircraft?

As far as I know , UL takes delivery of another used A332 and brand new A320 within a next 4 months time. But still no news of retiring the ADA/B/C. BTW does anybody know the MSN of the A332 and A320 that going to be leased?

Srilankan Airlines opens a restaurant in Colombo

Srilankan Airlines has added a restaurant to its network of businesses with the opening of 'Semondu' - SriLankan Catering's first restaurant in Colombo.

Expo Aviation will recommence twice daily flights to Jaffna using a 12-seater Cessna Grand Caravan aircraft.

PIA and Etihad Cargo have ended CMB service.

I got the the message from my sister's friend who works at MJ, she is not sure about the date though.

I thought PIA was doing well on operations to CMB

With UL flying daily to KHI there was no scope for PIA's 2 weeklies.

Air Senok - New airline service

Air Senok operates two new Eurocopter AS350B3 helicopters the company has procured from the Eurocopter South East Asia in Singapore.

Expoair announced the resumption of regular flights from Colombo – Jaffna today (Wednesday 25 January 2012) ..

Now, revamped with a brand new aircraft and new flight plan, ExpoAir aims to woo the business traveller with the promise of “Jaffna in just over 1 Hour”, with twice-daily scheduled flights; underscoring its understanding of the need for affordable and fast travel between the northern capital and Colombo. A brand new Cessna Grand Caravan 12 seater aircraft with leather seats, individual reading lights, air-vents, also equipped with a drop-down monitor which will be screening silent movies during the flight. The journey promises to be invigorating and comfortable with the added bonus of 2 flight crew members to take care of safety and comfort.

Taking off on 01 February 2012 ExpoAir will fly twice daily from the Ratmalana Airport at 07:00 hrs. and 16:15 hrs. and the return flights from Jaffna will be at 08:45 hrs. and 16:45 hrs. respectively, with arrival times approximately one hour after takeoff. The one-way tickets are priced at Rs. 10,000/- and return tickets at Rs 19,100/- which includes a 15 kg baggage allowance per individual. The excess baggage charges are limited to a nominal Rs. 150/- per kilo. ExpoAir will operate a special shuttle service to and from the Palaly airport to the Jaffna town to ensure maximum safety and comfort for the passengers.

Just curious, Did you retrieve the complete sched using a Webservice call ? I would like to replicate it, so I can retrieve from 1B
