also, 4R-ALU might be not so suitable for a code because 'alu' literally is ash in sinhala.
Confirming the same, MSN 1060, 1037 both had structural issues.

Hi, n863gt Is that a Big matter of the Reg : ALU, with the Sinhala Pronunciation of meaning Ash?

The "new" A330, 4R-ALT seems to be having serious reliability problems. From FlightRadar24:

    01 Jul UL115 STD 1.30 ATD 2.51
    01 Jul UL116 STD 3.35 ATD 4.37
    01 Jul UL225 STD 6.25 ATD 1.17
    01 Jul UL226 STD 11.00 ATD 5.08
02 Jul UL189 STD 09.25 ATD cancelled mid afternoon

The a/c returned to stand several times before departing on some of the above.

Seems to be back in action today, but wondered what the problem is? Is it same problem or various?
It's obviously not just the windshield wiper!
