    Today's rehearsal of SLAF

    70th independence day rehearsals. Close pass over Havelock towers!

    70th independence day rehearsals- while two construction workers fix the SL flag, two Cessna 150 planes make a quick turn.

    Only 3 F-7 aircraft, 2 F-7GS and 1 FT-7 trainer. Hopefully only two of them will fly on the Independence Day along with the Kfir, but there might be a possibility of all 3 F-7s also flying instead of 2.

    10.30am will be the flypast on the 4th. Rehearsal timings can vary as there is no specific time. The Kfir performs at the Independence day twice. It first goes alone towards the event and starts off the flypast, then it will track over land and join the two F-7 fighters to end off the flypast.

    The fly past today was @ around 12.30.
